The hotel offers stunning views of the marina and ocean from the balcony, overlooking the port. However, the rooms are much smaller than depicted in the photos. The service was rushed and interrupted our meal, lacking proper attention to detail. The location boasts beautiful panoramic views but had some maintenance issues like water dropping from the ceiling. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of freshly made dishes. Overall, the facilities were on par with a 5-star property.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully updated with a classic touch and offered stunning views over the Portofino harbor and the Mediterranean. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the main harbor, allowing me to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. The dining experience was delightful, especially when dining on the terrace overlooking the bay. However, the value for money could be improved, and some facilities need a little more attention to detail.
